"Our Patmos"

It seems to me that our current situation of isolation can be very similar to John on the isle of Patmos. We are a little bit stuck in circumstances beyond our control. I think it would be wise if we ask God to open our minds and hearts to hearing something special that He wants to share with us personally. A personal revelation just between Him and us to strengthen our fellowship with Him and Therefore others.

I am coming to think that He wants to reveal Himself in a deeper way to each of us. I often say, "Lord I would love to have more alone time with you in prayer & the Word." Well, that time has come! Let's replace the things that we can't do for the duration of time with what we can always do if we want to. Alone time with the Lord. Reading His Word, listening for His sweet voice and praying for one another. Interceding for our church fellowship, community, state & nation.

Personal fellowship with God is the one thing that no one can take from us but us! God won't & others can't!

"You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." - " Therefore brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together "- as soon as possible. Isa. 26:3 & Heb. 10:19-25.
